Who We Are

Valley Enterprises is a privately held manufacturer of automotive trim components and assemblies. We serve auto OEMs and six of the top ten Tier 1 Suppliers in North America.

Valley Enterprises is a division of the Gemini Group. The Gemini Group was founded in 1976 and operates seven facilities in southeast Michigan and two in Texas. Other Gemini Group divisions provide plastic extrusions, blow molded and other molded plastic components and assemblies for the automotive market.

What We Do

We make cargo load floors, spare tire covers, seatbacks, trim panels and other auto trim products. We die cut, CNC route, mold, form and process a wide variety of auto trim substrates including hardboard, wood mat, wood-plastic composites, plastics and other composite materials. We process "A" surface trim materials and finishes including carpet, painting and coatings. Valley Enterprises supplies complete assemblies to auto OEM plants and components and assemblies to other Tier 1 suppliers.

How We Do It

Valley is well-suited for the design collaboration expected in today’s automotive market. We have the technical resources to design and fabricate prototype and production tooling. We can deliver prototypes quickly. Our CAD design capability is compatible with the major CAD software platforms as well as the common file transfer formats.

Where We Are Located

Valley Enterprises is located in Ubly, Michigan about 2 hours from Detroit. The 80,000 square foot plant is a new plant, completed in April 2001. The 15-acre location allows room for expansion.

The Ubly plant is process diverse. Manufacturing is a 3-shift operation. The plant is QS-9000 and ISO 9001 certified. Plans are in motion for ISO 14001 environmental certification targeted for 2002.
