CARGO LOAD FLOORS

We provide cargo load floors for SUVs and crossover vehicles. We use materials that provide support for up to 300 pound knee load requirements. Typical materials include sandwich construction molded hardboard, CNC routed MDF, Luan wood and other wood and plastic or natural fiber and plastic composites.

SPARE TIRE COVERS & TRUNK FLOOR SYSTEMS

Many spare tire covers use die cut hardboard. Some designs adhere top cover carpet to the hardboard substrate. We add hardware, spacers, tools, and acoustic materials, and ship a complete JIT assembly.

FORMED SEATBACKS

When design requirements are feasible, molded hardboard seatbacks are a very cost effective alternative to plastic and composite materials.

DIE CUT SEATBACKS

Die-cut seatback shown here is coated paper board. Hardboard is used when higher strength or metallic harware and fasteners is required. Hardboard and foam can also be combined to achieve strength and weight benefits.

INTERIOR TRIM

Door inserts and other trim assemblies can be fabricated from hardboard and other substrate materials, and supplied as a component or a completely trimmed assembly.

PACKAGE TRAYS & SHELF PANELS

Molded package trays can be fabricated using hardboard, wood mat or composite materials. Depth of the draw and complexity of the design features help determine the material preference.

FORMED TRIM

Valley is capable of vacuum forming plastic materials like those shown above. These components are used as covers and substrates for trim components.

ACOUSTIC PARTS

We die cut high-performance microfiber acoustic materials that can be incorporated in door panels, package trays, and other trim assemblies. We also die cut needled "shoddy" pad materials.
